Effective Client Communication
This two-part workshop aims to equip professionals with more
comprehensive public speaking skills. In Part One, participants learn
how to:
Prepare efficiently for meetings.
Present findings and recommendations to clients and more senior partners
and managers.
Handle difficult or challenging questions.
Part Two consists of individual or small group coaching sessions
where participants practice these skills with the use of video and receive input on their strengths and areas for improvement.
Participants develop the skills needed to:
Project an engaging and responsive personal presence.
Present information clearly and concisely.
Handle questions and think on one's feet.
